The service and operator
ClearPath is provided by Helios Intelligence Ltd, company 17090829. Our registered office and contact details are below. ClearPath helps prepare documents for the England application routes described in the product. It does not submit applications or act as a regulator.
What the checks mean
The service organises documents and checks available information against its supported requirements. It can miss information, misidentify a document or be unable to read part of a file. Read the coverage notes, inspect the source documents and resolve questions with the appropriate person.
A present item, resolved finding, completed draft or downloadable pack does not establish technical adequacy, competence, compliance, validation or approval. ClearPath does not provide professional planning, building-control, fire-safety or legal advice. You remain responsible for obtaining that advice, checking current requirements and deciding what to submit.
AI assistance can be inaccurate. Drafts are starting points to review and complete; they are not evidence until the completed document is uploaded and checked. Manual review decisions record what the user decided, including any limitations in their reason. They do not become independent verification by ClearPath.
Your account and project
Use an email account you control, protect your sign-in links and credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Invite people only where you have authority to share the project with them. Workspace and project roles determine who can view, change, export or delete information.
Provide information honestly and upload only material you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to submit misleading documents, interfere with another user's project, bypass access controls or upload malicious material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents or legal obligations.
Your documents
You retain your rights in the material you provide. You permit us and the service providers described in the privacy notice to host, process and reproduce it as needed to provide the features you use, including AI assistance, collaboration and exports. That permission does not make us the owner of your documents.
Keep your own copies of important originals and final submissions. Exported copies shared outside ClearPath are not controlled by the project's permissions. Removing a member does not recall a copy they already downloaded. Deletion and retention limits are explained in the privacy notice.
Test payments and future paid services
The current application uses test payment flows. A test checkout or test entitlement is not a real purchase, and you should not enter real card details into a test form. Preparing a payment-provider account does not enable real charges in ClearPath.
Before any real paid service is offered, its price, taxes, included service, duration and applicable cancellation information must be shown before purchase. These terms do not waive consumer cancellation rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not create a blanket no-refunds policy.
Availability and changes
Features can be interrupted by maintenance, provider failures or unsupported files. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular application outcome. Current source guidance can change, and a previous report may no longer reflect your latest documents or answers. Run checks again after relevant project changes.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be brought to users' attention before applying them where required; a new version does not retrospectively remove an existing statutory right.
