ClearPath

Fictional example, not a completed assessment. This shortened web preview follows the sections in the current downloadable report. The files, findings and decisions below are examples, not results from a real project.

Pre-submission readiness report

24 Alder Grove

Fictional propertyRoute: Householder planningReport format reviewed September 2026

Your report also identifies the property, authority, checks used and generation date. It warns you when changes to the project mean the results need updating.

3 findings to review

Start with the two issues, then check the drawing that needs your confirmation. The report lists what was checked and what remains uncertain.

3Documents in this example

Some document content still needs checking. An uploaded file, a completed check or a resolved finding does not mean the whole application has been verified.

Checklist by requirement

4 example rows

The full report groups your requirements as required, conditional and recommended, with their source references. These four rows illustrate the status display; they are not a complete application checklist.

What to do next

The floor plan shows a different address

Issue

The application form names 24 Alder Grove. The existing floor plan names 42 Alder Grove. Check whether the wrong drawing was uploaded or its title needs correcting.

Example evidence: existing-floor-plan.pdf · version 1 · page 1; application-form.pdf · version 2 · page 1

How to fix: Open the drawing and check its address. If the file is wrong, replace it with the correct drawing in Documents, then run the checks again. If ClearPath has misread it, record your decision and explain where the correct address appears.

Proposed floor plans have not been added

Issue

No current document is confirmed for proposed floor plans in this example. Existing floor plans describe the current layout; they do not show the proposed changes.

Example evidence: Proposed floor plans requirement · no confirmed current main evidence selected

How to fix: Upload the proposed drawing, confirm its requirement use and separately select it for the pack. If you already uploaded it, check its type, confirmed use and current selection. You can also request it from someone on the project. Run the checks after adding or correcting the file.

Check the boundary on the location plan

Needs confirmation

ClearPath could not confirm the site boundary from the available drawing content. This does not establish that the boundary is missing.

Example evidence: location-plan.pdf · version 1 · page 1

What to confirm: Open the original PDF and inspect the site boundary. In the project, expand the PDF and zoom in if needed. Record what you checked and any limitations, or request a corrected plan if the boundary is missing or unclear.

In your project, Findings lets you open available source evidence and act on a finding. This public preview is read-only. The exported PDF records findings and source references; the interactive PDF reader and discussion stay in the project.

Recorded review decisions

1 example decision

Applicant details checked

Resolved

Decision: manually recorded by the example project owner on 11 September 2026.

Recorded reason: I checked the applicant name and contact details on page 1 of application-form.pdf, version 2. They match this project. I have not verified the other answers in the form.

Evidence at export: application-form.pdf · version 2 · page 1

The real report retains recorded reasons, available account and time details, and audit references. A manual resolution is a user decision, not independent or professional verification. Evidence references describe the finding at export time, not a separate historical snapshot.

Use the findings to update your pack

Check the evidence, correct or replace the source document where needed, then run the checks and generate a new report. A discussion comment or a recorded decision does not edit your PDF.

Your selected current files feed the document index and preparation pack. Background files and previous versions remain in the project. Supported unsigned editable Word files can receive proposed changes for your approval; signed, scanned and complex files need author correction. Building control projects use their own requirements. Your real report depends on your route, answers, evidence and recorded decisions.
